Kept me up to date on appt time, and issue with car when the driver collected it. On my behalf he ensured the car was cleaned properly inside and out and charged up before it was delivered to me.

Ozzay came and dropped my lease car off. He was an absolute diamond from start to finish. Even took me for a short drive so I knew where everything was and how to use the car.
