While the website is set up nicely and the deals are fair, the service left something to be desired. I ordered TES V: Skyrim Legendary Edition. It has been 4 full days, and I haven't received my code. I have also sent multiple messages to the company without any responses. This experience has been very disappointing. There isn't even an option to cancel or refund the order while it is still "in process." So if they don't respond to me soon, I am screwed out of my money.

I don't even think I would be this mad if they were honest about the wait time, but their website clearly states that the reported average wait is 2 hours, and one day if they are exceedingly busy. If I would've been told at the start that I can get a great deal, but have to wait a week, I would have accepted that gladly.

I bought a Dark Souls 2 Scholar of The Frist Sin key on the 28th of March, it's been 3 days and still nothing. I sent them emails, I asked on their facebook and twitter why it's taking so long to get my key but no reply. And i'm not the only one, there's a guy that also sent them a message on facebook and he said that he has been waiting for a week and still didn't get his key...And some other that have been waiting for 2 or 3 days just like me.

So, terrible customer service obviously and I don't even know if i'm ever gonna get my key.

Edit : I finaly received my key, after 4 days, i'm still angry that it took that much time but at least I got the key. But they really need to improve their customer service and send the keys faster.

I oredered cd-key civ5 72 hours passed and come lately.

They send me the key quickly and I playing the game with no problem. I'll always buy games from them.

I wanted to order Shadows of Mordor premuim edition but they were sold out. I left a request to be notified once the game was in stock. I got an email the next day. I went to the site and put the order in. 10 min later I had my CDKey. Worked great, zero problems, and the price was the best on the net!

I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 only because there is flaws In the website itself such as emails to customer service failing multiple times to send.
So today i bought a shadow of mordor region free steam key from cdkeyshere.com and i had trouble sending the payment only because i didn't have a cell phone number to give them(that's what their checkout page requires) and that is there primary method of sending you the key(I suppose). When i realized this i tried contacting customer support through their contact page. So i entered my question and it never sent. I done this at least 5 times so i had to go to my outlook page and send it to them that way and then it finally managed to send without being stuck on a loading screen for infinity making it impossible to contact them through there website. I asked them why I couldn't receive the key unless i gave a mobile phone number and the only option I had at the time was to give them my email and home phone#. So I had a reply within a hour telling me that quote"We restricted it to mobile numbers because we got some fraud orders from other numbers. Btw i just enabled your account so you can make your order." The Shadow of mordor was a pre order anyway's so it wasn't supposed to unlock until the next day at the time i made the order set for October 1st but for around 27 dollars usd new on day after release it was worth it.
Upon waking up my key was there in my account and i typed it into steam and I unlocked it instantly. So to sum it all up there site is kinda glitchy but if you do encounter a few problems i'm sure their customer service will probably jump through a few hoops to help solve the problem such as asking them to put the key into your cdkeyshere account instead of texting especially if you have no cell phone like me. So these few troubles was worth going through considering i saved 23 dollars off the retail price of the game and their prices are tuff to beat. So if you encounter a few problems starting off with cdkeyshere I encourage you not to give up right away(wish i could say the same for some other pc game key sites that i visited recently read my other review if you want to know the details).

Looking through this site was eye opening. I expected ridiculously over priced key codes. When they were routinely much lower in price than I expected, I started to really look around. Even the xbox live cards are insanely cheap! At least $5-$15 cheaper than I have found. I will be back for some choice items. And I will definitely be sharing this site with my gamer friends.

Nothing to add, this went as smooth as it could, i threw some money at them, a few minutes of verifying and moments later i recieved an email with my cd-key.
Probably not the last time i do gameshopping there.
