I bought a windows 8.1 pro key, i paid for it.. but the item was out of stock when the payment became done... So they offered me to a refund or just wait 12-24 hours untill they get new licences... overall very good support.

Do not buy!
I bought 2 random VIP Steam keys. E-Mail came without my key. Contacted support and they resent me the mail with a key. 2nd time I got a key, which cannot be activated in my region ( Was stated that all the keys are region lock free). Contacted support, yet no answer for over 3 days.
Tried leaving feedback on their site where I was told after "Your review will be posted after our Administrator checks it." So I am pretty sure, only possible reviews can be posted there.
Save your money and use another platform to buy your keys.

Once again they fail to deliver
I gave them a second chance, and purchased new software.
I recieved the keys, but in their own text I needed both an ID and key.
I wrote back, and as usual, their incompetent support replied that I should use the keys provided.
After several mails back and forth even including screenshots, they finaly wrote back that they would look into it.
Not quite the fast and easy purchase of software you would expect.
I hope this encourage others to be aware and maybe look elsewhere for their purchases
