However, I experienced some issues with communication; a voicemail I left wasn't returned, and I didn't receive a reply to my email. Additionally, the setup instructions could be more user-friendly. Overall, a positive experience with room for improvement in customer communication and support materials. Four stars.

We had to replace 4 cameras to a system with 2 types of cameras. From the point of first enquiry, every person we dealt with was excellent, David being one and I think Graham was the other? Extremely patient (as we are not fitters lol) once the camera type was identified (by them), they organised an invoice so I didn't even need to look at the site and select. They even knew the cameras needed some adjustment as would not work on my system. Once we recieved them next day! We then couldn't add them to our system, so complicated. No problem to these guys. Paul from helpdesk was superb. He spent 1.5 hours on the phone talking us through how to identify and link them to our system. I can not recommend them enough. Absolutely brilliant service, above and beyond. Thank you

Wasn't sure of what system to go for, rang the store and the chap on the phone was very helpful in helping choose my system.
Support email address a bit slow in responding but it was holiday season - again very helpful in sorting my queries

Could not recommend cctv outlet highly enough, when I first called, George was so helpful with advice to do with everything I’d need, I ordered the kit and had a follow up email from George confirming a few details to do with the AI on the system, kit arrived on time, have tested in my workshop and will be fitting once I’m back from a break.
