Scam avoid at all costs, there phone number does not work and they ignore any emails you send. Ordered a door contact a month ago and when I try to track my order it just says its processing still.

Ordered a CCTV Camera. Did not work. They ignored e-mails for months - then agreed to a return; I returned the item - never received refund and again every attempt to contact them was ignored.

Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this "company".

Ordered a DVR middle of December nothing has arrived,no answer to emails or calls this company is a SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM do not know why trading standards haven't closed them down

Scam, glad I paid with PayPal. Still I will have to wait a month to get a money back! Ordered a part (in stock) for the client, it was 3-5 days for the delivery so I started getting suspicious after 10 days. Tried to get in touch - no response, Started proceedings with paypal a week ago no response to that neither. Go home you time wasters!

The worst company I have ever dealt with.
Purchased £300 worth of CCTV on their website. They took the money from my credit card immediately and 4 weeks later nothing.. will not answer phone calls or reply to emails

Purchased some keys fobs through my business account for a care home, nothing turned up, no replies to emails, they do not answer phone calls, will not refund the money and I have been chasing for over a month. Next step the consumer ombudsman which I have told them I will go to and still without reply. Avoid this company.

Placed an order and it was ignored for 2 weeks. They claimed they emailed me (they didn't), then they claim it was a migration to a new website that broke their website/emails and phone systems.

Negative reviews seem the only way to get their attention. Sadly, whilst these things happen and I would have been happy to delete my review, they just send petulant responses blaming everything but themselves for the fact they're total amateurs.

They're also being difficult about my request to delete my personal data as per GDPR.

AVOID!

Item missing from order. Doesn't respond to email or webchat. If you phone the only option is to leave a message which is then ignored. The prices might seem good, but if stuff doesn't turn up.....

Scam company. I checked here before ordering and all seemed legit. They must have bought reviews or posted their own. Those reviews have now disappeared. Luckily i'm only down the cost of one camera. Could have been lots worse.
