I spoke to a wonderful lady her name is Shanelle. Thank you so so much for the advise, really helped me alot. I have parking fine from 2021 and now I'm receiving court letters claiming I have to pay just under £600. I don't know how i will pay all that I'm struggling with money and I randomly came across a page on Instagram regarding help with CCJ removals, I sent a DM to get information and Shanelle contacted me back straight away, we spoke over the phone and she told me exactly what I need to do moving forward.
