Found this very helpful tool while considering contractors for a remodel. I was able to verify their CCB numbers and ensure they were legitimate licensed contractors. In addition, this site explains how their scoring system works, which includes how much insurance they carry, whether their phone number is listed, and other criteria.

On July 9, 2026, I signed a home re-pipe contract with Pink Flamingo Plumbing LLC and paid a $13,000 deposit. On July 13, 2026, I exercised my legal right to cancel the project. I called the company, but my call was not returned. I immediately sent a formal cancellation notice via email and text, followed by a formal pre-complaint notice via USPS Certified Mail the next day. No labor has been performed, no materials have been delivered, and no permits have been pulled for this project. Despite canceling within the legal window, the company has refused to communicate or return my $13,000 deposit. While their contract claims deposits are completely non-refundable, their document entirely omits the mandatory consumer protection disclosures next to the signature line required by the Oregon Home Solicitation Sales Act (ORS 83.730). Under ORS 83.730(4), this failure means my right to cancel remains open indefinitely and their "non-refundable" clause is void. I have filed a formal dispute with the Oregon Department of Justice Consumer Protection division and am initiating a dispute with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB). Protect yourself and verify their contract terms before signing anything or giving them a deposit.

Taylor tells you what you want to hear, charges a arm and leg for his services , doesn’t provide a break down of cost involved and will fabricate invoice for his own benefit when he feels it would benefit him, trust me, I have been through this with him. His work fails, Taylor will run in hopes to not be seen or heard from again. He should warranty his work for at least one year but he does not have this in him, for one reason or another. The work Taylor did for me failed within the first seven months, this little project cost me quite a bit of money and let’s not mention the cost that I had to pay another contractor to take care of what needed to be taken care of when Taylor ran from this little project that failed.

Just saying: Taylor Wayne Stanley should not be licensed in the State of Oregon and for what it’s worth Taylor should not be licensed in any state and/or county and/or country.

Hope that this could be shared with Taylor Wayne Stanley if at all possible.

My name is Polly Sloan and I live here in Central Oregon and would hate to see any one else go through what I have been through with Taylor Wayne Stanley. Extremely disappointing and very stressful. Let’s not mention the money lost for services that failed and should not have happened, as Taylor Wayne Stanley informed me that that his work would be better than ever —- Please know: Taylor Wayne Stanley, his work does not hold up and just maybe he doesn’t know what he is doing for the work that he states he can help with.

I would use CAUTION and think before hiring this Handyman.

It was my own fault for being taken to the cleaners. I should have done more research before commiting to this guy's fast dealings. For a couple of thousand more I could have had a reputable local company install asphalt in a professional way instead of this CRAP chip seal that Jaydon talked me into. WHAT A RIP-OFF! There again I admit I should have been more careful. DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK before signing with Jaydon.
