I had a fantastic experience from start to finish with my Audi TT. The team at Cambridge Car Audio are knowledgeable, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. I opted for a fairly entry‑level upgrade of the stock system, upgrading the front speakers and adding a sub.
The installation was completed to a very high standard – neat, tidy, and most importantly, it sounds great. Communication throughout was spot on, and the car was ready exactly when promised.
I’m looking forward to continuing my car audio upgrades in the future with Aamir and the team – highly recommended.

We previously had our Toyota Hilux stolen but were lucky enough to recover it. On recommendation it was suggested that we had a ghost immobiliser fitted and this is when we turned to CBS. They were efficient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We have had a year and a half with no other incidents. Then the other night there was an attempted theft of the vehicle but they couldn’t start it because it had a ghost fitted. So thirty minutes later they left with a pair of old sunglasses! We were left with a smashed quarter light window but thanks to CBS we will still had our truck. Now invested in an additional baseball bat steering lock again from CBS. Highly recommended wouldn’t think twice about using them. And we will continue to recommend them to others who are looking take preventative theft measures. Thanks to the team.

From the first meeting to taking delivery of the finished car the customer service was outstanding. In my case - Aamir - listened to what I wanted doing, offered advice and costed up the perfect package of work. The videos of the work progressing were fun (and reading the comments from those who will probably never have the car or the issues I wanted correcting or any other cause to work with CCA - their loss)The completed work addressed all the issues I raised and I am delighted. My thanks to Nathan who was ‘team leader’ on my project and to all worked with him. I would totally recommend getting in involved with the people at CCA whether it’s an initial chat over a great cup of coffee or going for £100k+ sound system…you will not regret it.

First class friendly service…..the technicians did a great job in hiding the sub in the boot,very pleased with the excellent work,the depth of sound is brilliant !..i have already recommended cambridge car audio to various people,these people know their trade !….use them !….thankyou 👍

Karl and Nathan took great care with my old Captur and I was treated with kindness and consideration by CBS. They advised me well and carried out a first rate job, including an invaluable tutorial on how to make the most of their installation.
I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Having been a very happy customer in the past I was a bit taken aback by my recent experience. I’d booked to have 2 electrical leads attached to the dash fuse board, was quoted at over £500 for the job - which in the first place seemed excessive. Queried it, was advised their labour costs are £180 per hour! I’m clearly in the wrong business. However I ploughed on and booked the appointment - and paid the then requested £100 “deposit” to “secure” the booking. However, I’ve now had to cancel the booking (a week ahead) due to news that a loved one up north is suddenly terminally ill and my plans have rapidly changed as a result. When I called to cancel, I was at that point told that my “deposit” of £100 is non-refundable - news to me! Maybe I missed something? But if my deposit is non-refundable, I’d have expected that to have been VERY CLEARLY stated at the time of booking - which it was not. It was also not stated in the confirmation email I received from AK whom I dealt with in the office. I wonder if new-look CBS will offer a goodwill gesture under the business, and also personally tragic, circumstances? Like refunding my “deposit” please?

Usual first rate service from Adil, Aamir, and the rest of the team at CBS. Fitted a front parking camera and sensors with cut off switch to my Mustang. Very please with the work. Now looking at dash cams and CBS will be my first choice to fit them.

Very friendly and helpful company with great technical knowledge to any technaphobes like me.

I have recently purchased a brand new Mercedes C300e Estate and enquired online and by email for details of a possible audio upgrade and install of a towbar. I did receive a response which didn't make much sense so I replied. I'm still waiting for a reply.
I've not had a response regarding the possible audio upgrade which I find disappointing as from all of your YouTube videos, your are "customer focused". Really!

Good friendly staff especially Aamir and Karl who fitted my stereo into my C5 after being told by Halfords it couldn't be done......Thank you gents.

Tried to charge me £820 to disconnect a car radio, was only phoning for advice man was very rude down the phone.

The most professional, knowledge, fair, thorough, and communicative staff of any garage I've been to in the UK (loads). I recently brought my Toyota Century in for some soundproofing, as the prior keeper damaged the door whilst removing some options, and there was a lot of noise at highway speeds. The team at CBS had to take apart the door, weld it, and add some soundproofing, but the car is now whisper quiet - as it was meant to be ! Could not more highly recommend, Brad, Adil, and the entire team. (Note, when I went to pick up the car, the Uber driver visibly gasped when he saw how nice the facility was.)

From initial enquiry through to fitting CBS couldn't have been more helpful.
No issues answering numerous questions and even went for a visit to see items fitted in cars and the boss (sorry can't remember name) spent a lot of time going through everything.
After fitting taken through everything including the app.
Extremely neat fitting too.
You could maybe find it a bit cheaper but I challenge someone to find better service.
Would highly recommend.

After doing Audison install to the new work van I found time and time again I could not get it sounding perfect! It was good but I knew there was so much in the system, After talking to Adil he asked me to pop down to have a listen, after listening he booked us in for a tune up on the fonza amp, on arrive he was waiting to book us in offered to drop us off any where we wanted we chose the lovely pub down the road so we could have lunch, after lunch we had a lovely walk back from the village to CBS, guys asked us to come have a look, before they got me to come over and have a look, They set the little one up on the sofa set up the WiFi so she could watch her iPad, but to top that off with it being a very hot day they gave her ice lollys and cold drinks,
We now set off to the van to be shown step by step what they had done differently to then show me a before and after the the grin on my face said it all,

Expert installation of Apple CarPlay, 4 Audison Speakers and Amp into my Lotus Elise 220 Sport. Excellent advice and guidance on product selection and a highly professional installation, which is not an easy task in a tiny Lotus. If you cherish you car, and want the best, I highly recommend CBS.
