I have been looking to get a new boiler installed as the one that came with my house was about 20 years old. I looked at boilers online and had an idea which boiler I was looking to get. I then phoned several companies to get quotes. Several other companies operating in Glasgow with many reviews online attended and gave me quotes. I specifically asked for certain models and brands to be included. Most of the other companies did not include the boilers I'd asked for or quoted a higher price seemingly thinking I will pay a higher price just because it's the boiler I'd asked for so can charge me more.

My experience with Calvin at CB plumbing and heating services was much better. He attended on time and waited on me (I had forgotten I had a appointment scheduled with Calvin that morning). He took a note of my requirements and was able to go through my concerns and gave me a rough estimate of prices and timescales.

He advised he would give me a confirmation of quotes via email which he did within 30min of him leaving my house! He also included free servicing for 3 years. Magnacleanse was available at a lower price than competitors. Because of the fair price and great customer service I also phoned up later and asked for them to include two new radiators which they installed for a very competitive price compared to other companies I'd asked.

The work itself was carried out within about 4 hours and I was amazed at how quickly the engineer took my old boiler apart! The old boiler was in parts and away in about 30 minutes!

Really great experience. The engineers provided me with all the information I needed and successfully worked around the challenges caused by the structure of my flat, finishing the boiler replacement within the expected time frame even when unexpected things came up. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with my new boiler install this week! Spoke with Martin over the phone on the Friday; he was professional and knowledgeable. For the first time I felt reassured that I was not simply speaking with a salesman and at no point did I feel under any pressure. He explained everything fully and simplified the whole process. I was quoted what I felt was a really reasonable price for a high spec boiler which included a follow-up service plan. The install was booked in for the following Monday which was much sooner than anyone other company I had been in touch with were able to do it. The engineer arrived within the specified 2 hour window and he done a really great job. He was very conscientious about ensuring there was no mess at all in my home, and removed the old boiler as well as all rubbish out of the house which is awaiting collection. All in all a pleasure to deal with and will be recommending CB Plumbing and heating services to anyone in need of such a service in the future!

Was contacted by cb plumbing after our boiler was beyond repair and filled out an online boiler questionnaire. Calvin came out the same evening and explained everything clearly. We then arranged fitting and Liam arrived first thing and was finished around 4pm. Also used their finance company which helped us massively.

From sales to getting new boiler installed was fantastic, full replacement boiler fitted by Liam who new what he was doing, went through everything with us from start to finish even put new washers on 2 of my radiators which were leaking.
Place left all clean & tidy, help setting up Hive for my phone.
Price was great & everything went to plan as Calvin said it would

CB were great from start to finish. Arrived first thing and had the boiler in by late lunch. Boiler needed manufacturer to sort a fault, they arrived next morning and boiler was commissioned by the afternoon, all sorted by CB. Friendly and professional! Highly recommend!

I generally don’t leave reviews but feel compelled to do so because the service from CB Plumbing was phenomenal. Firstly, from sales to engineers everyone was knowledgeable and super friendly, they answered every question I had and explained the works throughly. Also worth mentioning they’re competitively priced for the level of service you receive. I needed a full boiler replacement and the sales team talked me through all the options available and what would work best in my house. I received a courtesy call the next day to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. Which I absolutely was, the engineer was fab, prompt and efficient and explained my new boiler system to me. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again!
