A 1-star review, ouch, that hurts us, all the more because unfortunately we have no influence on the delivery time of the packages once we have handed them over to our carriers. We can only guarantee what we can control ourselves and will of course always do our best to get a package delivered to the recipients as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, due to Brexit, there may be some delays in deliveries to the UK due to customs clearance of packages. This is completely beyond our control, however much we would like to speed it up. In addition, the progress of the delivery has also been halted due to the Christmas season.
We are going to send you another private mail regarding this matter. According to the tracking code, which you should also have received, your package will be delivered within a few days.

Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear that you have had this experience. You are the only customer to date who has experienced this after placing an order with us.
We fully understand that you are not happy about extra costs that you are charged. As I have already emailed you, these costs are not charged by us. Most residents of the UK have opted for Brexit, which has changed trade with EU countries enormously.
We have shipped your order in such a way that, in principle, no additional costs may be charged for you by customs and/or the government. I have also sent you all the documents and information proving this. We therefore do not understand why they have calculated these costs. In any case, this is completely beyond our control and these are the annoying consequences of Brexit.
Once again we apologize for this, although this is not our fault. I hope that you can still get this amount back from customs with the necessary documents that I have emailed you.
