Bad service

Unfortunately, I never made a purchase from this store. I tried to buy products from this store several times, but due to the irresponsibility of those who respond to emails, I was unable to place an order or receive the answers I needed regarding my order. I wanted to order CBD oil to Ukraine and contacted the sellers, who told me they could ship it. After that, they simply ignored me. This is unacceptable for a store; if you change your mind, you could immediately say no. Incidentally, I've tried to contact the store several times at different times, and they initially respond with a positive answer, and then ignore me. 0 out of 0 regarding this store's service. They're just weird.
