I find CBD to work great at reducing inflammation and soothe aches and pains. To enhance the CBD benefits,try to increase intake of fruits and veggies that are full of antioxidants,anti cancer nutrients and GI healing nutrients. Whole grains are great as well. The wide variety of CBD infused beverages are great for vitamins and a great way to stay hydrated.
