CBD.co Customer Service Is Below Par
I placed an order for a specific item but cbd.co switched it with another product. I contacted the company and informed them of the issue, the rep tried to convince me it was what I ordered but it was now in new packaging. Not true! The brand was the same but the product was not what I ordered. CBD.co then updated my order list with the "new" item and tried to gaslight me into believing their version. Unfortunately for them I kept a copy of the original order and asked for a replacement or a refund. I received a replacement of the exact same erroneous item so I opted for a refund/return. I sent the product back and now they're telling me I returned an opened item and they can only give me a partial store credit. I didn't open or use the item because clearly it was the wrong thing AGAIN. I contacted them immediately about their error, returned the unopened package, but now I'm supposed to accept a partial store credit because they keep messing up. CBD.co if this is how you do business then your customers won't be around for too much longer.
