I bought two cashmere jumpers from them but as they both were way too small i wanted to return them. The return portal doesn't work. I emailed the company for help but they don't reply. I lost quite a lot of money.

I own several sweaters from the brand and the quality is exceptional. Great fit, always true to size and they have an abundance of options to select from

Love the sweater! It is super soft and lots of great color choices. The colorful accent lines make it that much more elegant. 10/10 recommend. Make sure you follow directions when washing cashmere.

There's not much info about Comoboca online - they seem like a pretty new company, the prices are relatively low, and everything ships from China, so I was suspicious. But I gave them a try, and glad I did! I got two sweaters that I found fairly true to size and surprisingly good quality - the knit is heavier and tighter with less short fibers than recent L.L. Bean cashmeres I've gotten, and much better quality than brands like Uniqlo or Charter Club, for similar prices. I washed them on my machine's hand wash setting (I use this for all my cashmeres) and it worked great, no color bleeding or shrinking. They have the most variety of styles and patterns of cashmere I've seen anywhere, with some really beautiful and unique options. The shipping did take quite a while, but the tracking was accurate. They claim to have sustainable practices, hopefully that's true. I did find their website to be glitchy on a laptop, and I wish they had some models of different sizes and body types. But overall a good experience and I'll likely purchase from them again.

Quality of the sweater I received is excellent. Just as described. The shipping was very fast. As well. I would definitely order from the company again.

Such beautiful jumpers! I have the pink wool seamless brushed knit sweater, and it is so stylish, soft & cosy. This gorgeous pink is perfect with burgundy, brown or denim…so many options for layering in the cold, or over a summer dress for cool summer nights. Perfect.

Ordered a sweater..…tracking said it arrived 2 weeks later but never did…
I’ve spent 1 month attempting to contact them - email, Instagram, off shopify..:never responded…have to dispute charge with credit card company as it is a FRAUD! AVOID!

I purchased a sweater from Comoboca about a year ago, and I was very pleased with both the purchase experience and the sweater itself. And if I had reviewed the company in 2024, I would have given them 5 stars. In fact, I did just that on another review site.

But things have changed. I placed a second order last week, and when I tried to get shipping information, I was routed through the Shopify.com website. I made the purchase directly through Comoboca, and I don't want to use Shopify, but this is the only way to get a shipping update - and I have to download the Shopify app to get these updates. Thanks, but no thanks.

The purchase I made in 2024 arrived in just a few days - which is one of the reasons I put Comoboca on my short list for online shopping - but now they are saying my order hasn't even been processed yet, and once it is processed, it will take over 2 more weeks to arrive. They are blaming Trump's new tariffs for the delays.

I just wanted to buy a couple of sweaters, not sign up for their third-party services or get involved in their political grievances over tariffs. I have already paid for the sweaters, so I guess I will just have to wait until they get around to shipping them. But I very much doubt I will be doing business with Comoboca again.

UPDATE 9/23/25: I did eventually receive my sweaters, but the order was not even processed for over 2 weeks. And when the sweaters finally did arrive, they came from Kentucky. So much for the tariff excuse...

And thanks to Comoboca sharing my information with Shopify without my knowledge or consent, I am now receiving spam emails from them. Gee, thanks...

These folks may have nice merchandize, but their business practices are about as sleazy as it gets.

I’m seriously so happy with this polo shirt! The fabric feels amazing—super soft and high quality. The fit is just right, and the design is so classic and stylish. I’d 100% buy it again. The price is perfect too. Can’t wait to grab my next one!

Great company. I got my dress in a timely manner and it is wonderfully quality.

The quality of the material on my Sailor style sweater is amazing. Made of 100% cashmere , it feels and look very luxurious, not to mention this piece will keep me warm in colder days. The design of the item is exactly what I was looking for. You don’t see many sailor/navy styles for colder days . Absolutely love it and it goes with so many other pieces I already have in my wardrobe. Definitely one to recommend!

I found these products were true to size and excellent quality. Their fashions are
classic so that they can be worn for years to come. I love the fabric of the short sleeve sweater and it looks great with jeans as well as dressy trousers. I also ordered the print button front cardigan. It is so unique and I receive compliments whenever I wear it!
