Dealer didn't respond so I drove over to the dealership. The car was delivered on Saturday and therefore wasn't in stock ! 2asted journey could have been avoided if they had responded by phone, email or text !

We contacted cazoo several times in…
We contacted cazoo several times in relation to a car we were interested in buying.apon arrival the car was still blocked in by several other cars , the car we looked at was really smelly inside , had not been cleaned
It was advertised coming with a full 12 month. MOT which was not the case as it only had 9 month's MOT and when we questioned if it would have a 12 months MOT we were told absolutely not as it has 9 months already . We asked if they would take a little less for the cleaning and MOT and it was a big fat NO
We were then told that if we wanted to buy the car there is a £99 charge for admin !! Really and they were not backing down on this

I love the seamless experience on Cazoo. However, they should try to get more AI generated details added to the listings like AutoTraders so that buyers don't have to switch between Cazoo and Google to search about important information related to the car model. Otherwise, I love the experience on Cazoo

Roy sold me bad car
Roy sold me bad car , same day car was purchased , the car over heated and took them 5 months to pick the vehicle for fixing , after car was picked by me after another month , same problems re occurred , he gave me ownership of the vehicle after 6months car was purchased , this guy is a scam honestly, now he got this car , he told me to tell finance I can unwind , he lap told me I can get refund , he never did , still has this car in his garage , totally bad experience with this people . They sold bad cars to people , they think they can manipulate the situation and take money from people and sell them bad vehicles , be warned guys .
