My experience with Cazeus is very…

My experience with Cazeus is very disappointing. They do not keep their promises and payouts take an extremely long time. Furthermore, the customer service is fully automated; you only get answers from AI bots and there is no real human support. This makes resolving problems or answering questions almost impossible. I would recommend being cautious when using this service.

False advertising and unresponsive

I have left a review previously. Response on here however live chat do not help as mentioned in the reply if this previous review. Email do not respond. Useless team. U willing to help. Avoid this scamming site at all costs. I will happily provide all information regarding fake bonuses and gameplay that does not add up and get honoured. Full refund of deposits for fake advertising and someone will to communicate is needed asap.

Kinda slow cashout but cool win

Made my first deposit here and actually hit a small win. cashout took almost three days though kinda slow for me but still got the money in the end.

This company is 100% a scam. i USED THEM WON LOTS , NEVER PAID ME OUT. i went to bank and raised a payent dispute with them. I got all my money back i deposited and they did notargue it.. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE ITS A SCAM AND THOSE HUGE WINNINGS YOU GET WHEN FIRST JOINNING WILL NEVER REACH YOU. if you cancel your withdrawal you will then get the games with low pay out and lose.. I wasn’t sure about Cazeus at first…

I wasn’t sure about Cazeus at first because of mixed feedback, but my experience has been positive. Games load fast, the site is easy to navigate, and customer support responded kindly when I asked about a bonus. I made a small withdrawal and got my funds in three working days. Overall recommended.

Made withdrawals Wednesday
Can only withdraw 500 a day to a max of 3 pending .. got 4000 still on balance gonna take week to withdraw at this rate
It's just a tactic to make you cancel withdrawals which I tell u now isn't gonna happen ..

Live chat friendly enough but useless
And account manager Ivan is about as much use as a chocolate fire guard
Will leave a review every day until I get all tht balance out ..

Oh and they don't do withdraws at there busiest time the weekends 😂

Be careful of this site for payouts I have been waiting 11 days for one of my withdrawell the other one got cancelled after. Wait in nine days for no reason so still waiting on this live chat are no help one tells you being processed and will get it very soon another tells you it’s in queue and delayed can’t believe anything I’ve emailed customer support loads of times if they answer no help at all be careful

Cazeus are a JOKE

I previously reviewed this terrible casino. They didnt like it and have now closed my account stating

My account has been closed due to an administrative decision made
in accordance with there Terms and conditions. They would like to emphasize that this decision is final and non-negotiable, reflecting their commitment to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all users. previous requests to close my account have been ignored . They offered me £40 bonus to keep my account open which i accepted then another issue arose. Thats when i posted my second review on Trust Pilot.
The response is interesting . I reiterate this casino is the worst in all areas.

I deposited €100 and received a €100 bonus. I managed to roll all the bonus and had a total win of €900 which I withdrew in 2 installments of €500 and €400. The withdrawal requests were submitted on Monday 8.12.2025. Today after I respectfully chatted with them, they instantly put the money in my account. I can prove this...they pay but takes some time. I was scared after reading all these reviews that I wouldn't get my money, but if you talk to them respectfully and nicely, they help you immediately. 🙏

Not a bad little casino

So I've been playing on this site pretty much when it was new. I had a good experience mostly every time. Sometimes when I log in the page can take a while to load in, but nothing major. I have had a few good wins and paid out within the time stated apart from once. It kept bouncing back to my account and did take around 2 weeks to be sorted. My VIP manager got it sorted with a lot of speaking to him and him going back to the finance. They said it was my bank but my bank had never had any payment, trying to come into my bank. But I got sorted. On Wednesday I won a £1000 and I have just received it today. So I don't know what is going on with the bad reviews? I can honestly say I've had minor hiccups on cazeus, but nothing to drastic! I would give 5* but the games from ELA you can't really play without it freezing and telling you to reload it's annoying.
Really do love this site.

Don’t really understand these negative reviews as I have been with this casino for a long time and always pay out and yes sometimes takes longer than 3 days but never let me down.
