Absolute shambles my car was sold for four times the value they valued it at absolute disgrace to the automotive market website should be removed and they should have there rights to trade ceased as they mislead misinterprete miss guide obtain false records and present you with the information in manner which seems believable to the consumer my vehicle was also showing as 3 previous owners on cazana this is impossible as I I'm the registered owner from new lol

Absolutely shocking and misleading
Absolutely shocking and misleading, showing my car as being MOT'd 2 years before it was even registered and then showing it MOT'd twice in a month having done over 100,000 miles extra. Clearly showing data from 2 different vehicles together at same time. Their customer service is zero and they still haven't resolved the issue. When I called their support I was told nobody could speak to me and I had to just put up with it. Beware of this company.

AVOID. Clicked on 3.9, they charged my bank 19.99. Spoke to them said would sort out (12 days go) spoke them today and a lady called becky accused me of Lieing and that they only do £4.99. Then I went on my computer history found the link for, £3.99. Sent screenshot rang her back she accused me of Lieing and that she said was £3.99 ones. I rang my bank they are investigating and will refund. Spoke to financial ombudsmen and they are investigating and also Aqa who said its happened before and will investigate. Explained to becky who denyed again and hung up on me. Great customer service hey! Anyone reading this who has had the same please do the same contact financial ombudsmen, Aqa and your bank.

Con merchants - go elsewhere
Paid £9.99 for an HPi report which should have been available immediately online and emailed to me , neither happened tried to call there customer service but it says to leave a message but gives you no option to leave a message!
Con Merchants!! Go elsewhere as they will take your money and give you nothing in return! Ive had to contact paypal to get my money back

Incorrect information, wouldn't answer over support
The information I paid for was incorrect: it looks like their system took data from my old car (I had a private reg) and merged it with my new car. I asked about this over a month ago on support and got no response. They appear to have an issue with their data, so I am doing a chargeback with my bank as they haven't responded.
