To celebrate our Ruby wedding I wasn’t sure what kind of ring I wanted.
Sorry I don’t know the ladies name who served us ( slim lady with blonde hair)
This lady is lovely and nothing was too much trouble for her whilst I was trying several rings. I finally decided on a perfect Ruby ring - and I was made to feel very special for buying from Cavendish. The ring had to be resized - quick service and ring delivered to my door today…Beautifully presented.

Dreadful Online Service by an Extremely Lazy Young Man
I contacted Cavendish Jewellers via telephone and a lady by the name of Julie answered and informed me that I need to speak to the Online department regarding further details of a couple of items that I was interested in.
Approximately one hour later I received a phone call from a young man who had obviously rang me using a mobile phone, the phone line was dreadful as I tried to extract the details regarding the items.
It was just about audible that I would not be able to use Paypal ( which I always do when purchasing online and the bracelet that I wished to purchase was Italian gold but with a UK hallmark and the letters BREV, which I believe is an Italian licence?!

Absolutely amazing selection of jewellery
Popped into look at some Ruby and Diamond earrings, Dianne was really helpful, we didn’t have much time because we had to catch a train, but I can honestly say you need to visit their branch at 44 Stonegate, York. I purchased the earrings, absolutely gorgeous. The ladies were friendly and we will definitely be popping in to the store the next time we are in York. They had a vast selection of beautiful jewellery on display. Strongly recommend this jeweller’s
