I ordered a pendant light and missed the warnings about delivery times. I waited nearly 4 weeks for it to arrive. When it did, it arrived with the wrong ceiling mount to what was advertised.
Their customer service was polite and agreed to send the right one out to me... Again, from China 🙄.
I'm still waiting.

STAY AWAY
5 weeks i waited for the worst quality light i have ever seen. There is better quality in home bargins!
The service is terrible from this so called Adam who replies to the emails.
The light came with a usb port no plug and no wall fittings! Cheap an nasty plastic and no energy certificate to say what usage the light uses! AGAINST uk regulations.
DO NOT ORRDER A THING FROM THIS COMPANY, if i was the owner i would close up shop and feel very ashamed that you call this a business.

I usually read reviews before buying…
I usually read reviews before buying and I should have done so in this case. Not only it took about 2-3 months to arrive, the quality is terrible, it comes from China (which is obvious everywhere in the label) and costs max 10GBP and they sell it for 100GBP... They should be ashamed, also they lied on my face telling me the light is dimmable and warm when in fact it is just a cold harsh undimmable light. Wont even bother returning, will just accept I got robbed of 100GBP. Well done guys....

Really disappointing
Really disappointing. I would not recommend buying from this business. I waited weeks for a lamp which arrived with no instructions on assembly and required buying an adapter. I had to ask several times to get instructions and then even more chasing when it became clear the product was also damaged. I am still awaiting replacement parts. I paid 180 over 3 months ago for this. Don't go there.

Over 10 weeks and still not received
Been waiting for my order for 10 weeks now and all I get told is “sorry for the delay” no update on the whereabouts and that all they can offer is a 10% reduction… the same reduction offered when you buy your first item. Safe to say I won’t be buying anymore!
