On this occasion, the Kennedy Half Dollars were unfortunately listed at an incorrect price due to a manual pricing error. As a small business dealing in precious metal coins, our prices are closely linked to fluctuating bullion markets, and occasionally mistakes can occur when listings are updated.

As soon as we identified the issue, we made the decision to cancel and fully refund the order rather than fulfil it at a loss. We appreciate that this is disappointing, particularly when an order has already been placed, and we completely understand why it felt frustrating from your perspective.

To clarify, our pricing is not based purely on silver weight alone — it also reflects factors such as sourcing costs, availability, handling, and market demand. However, we accept that the timing of the correction understandably led to concerns.
