Bad customer service, no delivery
I am experiencing very ordinary customer service, similar to others. After waiting weeks for my order and being told of delays due to high demand, the couriers attempted delivery at a suburb in a completely different State - then the courier is claiming my address is incorrect as they cannot find the street and I am being questioned by Caudabe for providing an address that is ambiguous - it is not as I have had hundreds of deliveries from others without incident.
I have resupplied my address and more than 24 hours later have not heard anything.
Waiting weeks for a phone case, and then being accused like this is an unacceptable way for a company to behave.

They honor their warranty more than what they advertise it to be.
I’ve had Caudabe on my 13 Pro Max and now my 16 Pro max
Back when I had the 13 Pro Max I contacted customer service for a replacement under warranty after one year, one of the corners was slightly loose after removing the case so many times because of how often I cleaned the phone, they sent me a replacement right away, just had to pay shipping, and never had an issue with the replacement.
Now with my 16 Pro Max, I had the Caudabe Synthesis in black which is a great case, after about 5 months or so I requested a warranty replacement because the buttons were scuffed up from laying on tables while watching Netflix, they sent me a warranty replacement right away, and they were even nice enough to send it to me in a new color I requested, in grey. That is great customer service, but unfortunately the grey case had a creaking flex in the right side of the case when my 16 Pro Max was in the case, I reached out to Caudabe and they offered to let me try one of their other cases free of charge, the Caudabe Sheath with the new camera control button, again, just had to pay shipping.
I love the sheath they sent me, and I also loved the synthesis I had purchased the first time, beautiful cases all around and I feel as if though I got more than my moneys worth from this company with the generous and gracious customer service team taking care of my concerns through out the years of using their products.
I’m sticking with Caudabe for the foreseeable future.

Items Never Arrived, No Customer Service
Items never arrived, and they just keep pushing back the delivery dates. Customer service is non-existent. Waiting for months for a phone case is ridiculous. Clearly, they don't invest in production and logistics. The product may be good, but I can’t comment on it as I still haven’t received it.

The Best Case Ever!!!
This is by far the best case I have ever owned! Fantastic customer service! Fast shipping! The price is unbelievable for the quality. I have a new IPhone 17pro and the case is perfect! I have the synthesis frosted case which does not show fingerprints and has a very strong magnet. I am very impressed by this case and the seller! Thanks so much for providing a quality product!
Superior product to rivals, and excellent customer service.
Have bought many cases over the years and keep coming back to Caudabe. No other case company (in my opinion) has such attention to detail and pride in their products. Big fan of their 'Sheath' case - grippy texture, slim, very protective and a better fit that Apple's own cases. I've dropped my phone with a Sheath case on it several times and the phone was completely undamaged, as was the case.
Also wanted to highlight their customer service which is always excellent and personable. Some people have expressed frustration with delays but to me that just shows the demand for their products is there (and with good reason). Easy to forget they are still a growing company who are getting bigger each year - seems they recently opened more warehouses outside the USA so shipping times are definitely quicker.
Never buy anything from them
Never buy anything from them. They literally have 0 customer support whereas their product is as expensive as it could be. I purchased a cover from my iPhone 17 which never arrived & kept getting delayed. I email them for for cancelling the order & refund ,even after a week all I get is bot reply. Don't charge $50 for a product you can deliver ,give no customer service & not care to reply for over a week. Better to get cases from ESR/Spigen with half the price & fast support. Avoid buying cases from them

Caudabe has absolutely exceeded my expectations.
The quality of the case is quite excellent.
The overall look of the paragon case is quite minimal and chic & the texture of the case is the most unique texture I have ever experienced on a phone case, feels similar to stone almost. Very nice.
But what shines through the most for me, is the Customer Service/Support. They have consistently gone above and beyond in their assistance for me.
I had an issue with my case and the representative who assisted me, Liz, made sure to always respond to me in a timely manner and insured I was looked after every step of the way.
Frankly, between the excellent customer service they provided, and the quality of their cases, they have absolutely solidified me as a life-long customer.

This is my favorite brand for protection for all my Iphone pro max, in fact the only one I use. Top protection at a good price. Customer service is top class, even though I live in Europe, good follow-up and very solution-oriented, thumbs up👍😊

Rough Supply Chain, Slow Customer Support, Good (?) Products
Such a mixed bag. As others have noted, customer support response times are abysmal and due to “a perfect storm” of circumstances, order shipments have been significantly delayed. It seems each week the expected shipping dates just keep getting pushed back.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed caudabe cases in the past and recommended them to many, but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.
Before the first shipment date expected (late September) was passed, the customer support team helped me add an item to my order and apply a rewards code (yay!), but since then, delay after delay has come and I’m currently sitting on a customer support request that I sent over a week ago now with no response and still have not received any notification of shipment. On top of this, because of experiences I’ve seen online, I’m now also expecting my order to arrive with a defect in the buttons which seem to be rattling significantly. Caudabe responds to these claims indicating a fix is on the way, but given how things are going now, who knows when that will be and it’s disappointing given the premium price for these products. We’ll see when my order arrives - hopefully sooner than later.

They purposely use your money then order their product. The company is made up of a bunch of fraudsters that order products from China and refuse to actually do any of their guarantees. Good luck getting a refund or a non defective product.

quality products that my family and I…
quality products that my family and I use on all of our devices. i've ordered in excess of 10 products from them and will not hesitate to buy more in the future. they stand by their warranty and are quick to replace should problems arise. highly recommended.
Very poor customer service
The customer service side of things is horrendous. You can see other forums and complaints about the same experience. You can see the company responding back stating “something looking at” and these posts are like 7 months ago. It clearly has not improved as I have experienced this myself.
I have been back and fourth to caudabe on multiple occasions and this has started on July and we are now in October with no resolution. Contact is made after 2-3 weeks and they don’t make sense or even follow the last conversation pushing you back even further.
Extremely dissapointed in caudabe as I was a long serving customer from previous products I had bought. I definitely WILL NOT be buying anymore in the future and will look at ESR, BENKS etc as their service is superb.

Great products + great service
Great products. I've been using their cases for many years. Just got mine for my new iPhone 17 Pro and the quality is as expected excellent. Shout out to Liz in customer service who helped me with a minor shipping issue and got it resolved quickly. Excellent experience
Item not delivered
Item not delivered, their customer service is truly appalling, 6 days to respond and just automated emails. Avoid this company for overseas shipping. Item still not received and they ignore emails.
Poor Logistics Management and Planning
Unfortunately while they have a good product, they have poor logistics management and planning.
It’s not my problem that they can’t make enough products to meet their own demand. My phone has gone without a case for over a month. It has scrapes and scratches on the edges now because life goes on and that’s what happens when you have a phone without a case.
I wasn’t going to buy another case while I waited for this one. However, they kept moving the goalposts. When I made the purchase it said the case would be shipping in mid to late Sept. They blew past that deadline. Then they said late Sept to early Oct. They blew past that deadline. Then they said mid to late Oct. I still haven’t received my phone case. They gave me 10% off. They finally informed that the case shipped. Yet they did not even send it expedited. I’m still waiting.
My recommendation is that unless they actually have the product in stock, don’t order a phone case from this company. I will never buy from them again.
My brand new iPhone will forever have scrapes and scratches because I was led to believe my phone case would arrive weeks ago because that is what I was told. There is nothing they can do to make this up because the damage is done.

I can’t comment on the quality of the product as I still haven’t received it, despite ordering it almost five weeks ago, with a dispatch date of late September. The only communications received to date have been generic emails referring me to a list of expected dispatch dates on their customer portal. The portal now shows an estimated shipping date of mid to late October. The product sells for a premium price and I therefore expected premium service. Instead, I have been forced to buy a cheaper phone case to protect my new phone until the product eventually arrives.
Payment was taken immediately upon placing order; I find that unacceptable given the long delay in fulfilling the order.
First time I have dealt with this company. Given the very poor level of service, it will also be the last.
UPDATE
Case finally arrived today, 24th October. Nice case, but what a wait!
