Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMER! THEY LITERALLY SEND YOU CLOTHES THAT ARE POLYESTER AND LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE! ORDERED AN EXTRA LARGE AND ITS A SIZE 0 IN THE UNITED STATES! THEY HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY BECAUSE IT IS COMPLETE JUNK! Delivery time is horrific!

Orde dress and spend $124 for one dress and never arrive. I been contacted them that I never received my order but they never resolve and no refund. Bad experience of this site. I will never order again this site.

A scam, we are having trouble with the refund. Responsive until you buy the item, but when refund comes into question complete silence.

Their address in Australia where the company is located is false (4/135 Ormond Esplanade, Elwood, 3184, Australia) it is a property for sale. The clothes are cheap quality and come from China. Disappointment.

The quality and color is far better than I expected. The fit of the suits is very tailored and my specific suit is absolutely traffic stopping. Looking forward to picking up some holiday dresses for parties soon! I love my Tanika blue suit so much!

I have been using catwalk connection for a couple of years now and I honestly honestly was surprised at how good the quality is! I am always one of “the best dressed” at events in catwalk connection pieces because they are always so unique!

This company is an absolute joke. I purchased a gown for a ball on their online shop only to receive an email 2 weeks later saying that dress is no longer in stock and it was an error their end that it allowed me to purchase it. They offered me a store credit which I said I want a full refund as it wasn’t my error. I have emailed this company 6 times now over the past 2 months asking where this refund is. There always seems to be an excuse like where not working or accounts work 1 day a week. Still no refund and will now be taking legal action.

I don’t understand this bad reviews I’m in love with catwalk connection their prices, their deals. The quality of the clothes is amazing. I only shop at catwalk mostly thank you so much.

SCAM!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! RUN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
First, this is a Chinese company, that sell horrible quality clothes for a lot of money. The clothes do not look like what’s on the website. And even if you return the item, they DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. They will give you excuses after excuse but they will never refund your money, nor give an exchange. I have ordered from them in November, received the item in December, returned the item in less than 10 days and I still have not gotten my money back. Literally months and months of emailing them, they respond lying how my refund is being processed. To this day June 25, 2024 I still have not received my money back. Not even my bank could’ve gotten my money back, that’s how much of a scam they are. I am speaking from experience. This company is a scam, and the US government needs to shut them down.

Catwalk Connection reached out to me, on June 27, 2024. Only to make up more excuses and lies as to why I have not gotten a refund.
I was told to send my PayPal information, and I did. They said they would “forward it to their account's department”. That’s was July 1st, 2024. Now we’re at the end of July, I followed up and more lies and excuses, until they stopped responding completely.
To think you spend your hard earned money and this Chinese company can just scam and take people money is insane.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Normally I always go to the reviews however this company looked legit.
I ordered my dress which cost over $200aud on 29 May and I still have not received it. I have emailed and messaged them to no avail. So I have contacted my bank and will be looking to get my money refunded through them as I doubt I will get it through this dodgy company.
How shameful and disgusting of them to do this to hard working customers with the cost of living being so high now and getting worse. Even if I do receive this dress, after reading these reviews it looks like I will be receiving rags and definitely not what I’m expecting.
