We purchased a leather sofa that has been replaced twice . The first time the added insurance replaced a sofa that totally broke down on the arms . There is just two of us and we are not hard on furniture. . After the replacement we noticed the all leather sofa was not all leather and the strips of vinyl that made up the cushions began to crack and peel. Also the Velcro that secured the cushions was placed horizontally on sofa and vertically on cushions causing the underlining to have holes where the Velcro grabbed it. The product is fully faulty and I will never buy another product of yours and will surely warn others that you produce trash

Zero gravity remotes

I have two zero gravity recliners I bought about 15 months ago The chairs are fine the remotes are the problem shorting out and not working. You have to order the new remote because you can’t find the correct remote last time it took over 6 weeks to get a replacement at one 100.00 a popafter paying 3,000 dollars for 2 chairs - very aggravating

Don’t waste your money on catnapper.

I’m 65 years old, so over the years, I’ve had several recliners. Catnapper has to be the WORST. No matter what position it’s in,it HURTS MY BACK. And sometimes it locks up, and won’t close. I have to crawl out of it and keep working the control to get it to go again. I feel like it was $800.00 WASTED. If I could, I would give it ZERO STARS.

Complete garbage from a garbage…

Complete garbage from a garbage company.

They took 13+ weeks to even deliver 2 recliners and they show signs of defect within the first 30 days. We have no kids, just 2 adults, so no one is yanking handles, yet both handles are near falling off, because CatNapper "artisans" are apparently clowns or its just the simple fact that after your payment clears, CatNapper could not care less.

They claim to have a warranty, but good luck redeeming it, since they don't reply to the webform and there is no number to call! You'd have a better experience sitting on a chair made of turds.

Now, we'll see how long these clowns take to actually address a problem that NEVER SHOULD HAVE SHIPPED.

My guess, 3+ months to repair this issue, because that's pretty much their track record.

Not happy with my Catnapper Farmhouse sectional

I bought my section in March '23 and I'm so disappointed. It looks like it's 10 years old, the fabric is all knotty and I'm embarrassed to have it my living room where everyone sees it as soon as the enter my house. The sad thing is just me and my husband so the couch is not abused at all. Don't waste you money on this brank

Don’t waste your time with a cat napper

If I could give a zero or even a negative number I would I purchased a cat napper recliner in July of 2022, 2 weeks after I got it the buttons were falling off recently about a month ago the whole chair started falling apart, including the springs on the inside and the stuffing has pretty much gone flat. It is no longer relaxing to even sit in the chair. I have contacted them by phone, Voice mail, email and sending message to them on their website not. Single reply. The warranties are stated right on their site ….they just do not reply so sad. Now I have to save up to purchase another chair as this one is killing my body it is so uncomfortable.

Quality and workmanship is horrendous!

I purchased a recliner about 5 years ago. The workmanship and quality of the product is horrendous. The headrest, arms and anywhere your body touches has peeled and frayed terribly. This recliner was used infrequently by an adult. I paid $650 for a chair that will go in the garbage. There marketing material states their furniture is made to last. They should add barely five years. Their customer service was useless with their recommendations. I could purchase replacement parts from them. That would be an entirely new chair. Do not buy anything from this company.

WE paid 3,500 for all leather couch…

WE paid 3,500 for all leather couch with all the bells and whistles. After only 2 years it is peeling between the cushions and crumbling off. We bought a beautiful couch, with working automatic controls, paid what we thought was a good price and it looks like a cheap crappy couch with crumbling cushions! Really embarrassing for company. I expect more that 2 years of wear from a 3,500 couch!!
We are forced to invest another 3,000 for another leather chair, because the company does not insure after 1 year! Apparently they realize their own product sucks! Buyer beware do NOT buy a product from capnapper Even they don't believe in their own product!!!

Recliner I paid 600 never reclined correctly from the beginning know it won’t recline at all company they want me to spend 60.00 for shipping and for me to replace part myself great warranty never had a recliner last only 2 years junk and as the reviews stat they don’t stand behind there product that should tell you enough about this company

Farmers Home Furniture

I purchased a set of capnapper from farmers home furniture in columbus ga. I was told by the sales person that it was pure leather. Very expensive almost 5 grand. After just a few years my set is peeling in small peices. I called down about my warranty and was told that they only offer a one year. My sales person told me 10 years. I even paid extra for some stuff they put on it to protect it from stains and fading. I will never purchase another product if capnapper is listed on it any where.

Believe all the bad reviews you read…

Believe all the bad reviews you read here. I had the same crappy experience with 2 of their recliners, and my husband and I are seniors who used them gently. If you can even get them to reply to your problem, their so-called warranty is full of holes. Save yourself the aggravation and your hard-earned money and don’t buy this throw-away furniture. With honest reviews like this, I don’t imagine Jackson furniture is going to be in business much longer.

This is follow up to my review a few weeks ago … when the repair person from Fast Furniture Repair came to my house he was the most arrogant person I have met to be in service to help customers. He fixed one side of the couch but unfortunately could not fix the other side .. so he said nothing else I can do and he left .. he put in his report and all they will do now is replace the material .. I had to pick that up from the store because I guess that was my responsibility and then they in turn put in another work order to have someone come back to fix it.. now I have to wait another 30 days for them to come and fix it .. I will never by another catnapper as it has been the worst purchase but I see that no one here probably never responds to these reviews .. I wish I had never made this purchase and I still have to finish paying for something that is not even worth $5.00 and this company has the poorest customer interaction .. well guess it’s a lesson learned ..make sure what you buy is not a piece of crap !!!! I am stuck with it because I can’t afford to buy another couch !!!

purrfect comfort!

I loved mycatnapper.Itwas roomy and the footrest was wide. I could roll over and sleep on my side.
It went out and a repair man came to the house and replaced the motor. Once in a while , it would not work and I would check the plug in cord to the motor or box in the cord.replug it and it was good to go!. I am buying another one as we speak.

The spring broke within 2 months of…

The spring broke within 2 months of very gentle use. There is stuffing all underneath the couch or is brought orange ama is constantly falling out from under the couch. Extremely uncomfortable and no one will help is repair it.

Horrible quality.

Horrible quality.
I received this recliner for my birthday in November. We have babied this chair, no kids allowed on it, no horseplaying or jumping on it. Zero abuse. after 3 months, while simply reclining in it, the back gave away. It appeared the bottom frame bowed and gave away. The merchant replaced the chair and here we are, 3 months later and the EXACT thing happened again. This is ridiculous. We will NEVER buy this brand again!!

Do Not Buy a Catnapper recliner!
Bought one in April 2022 It worked for 2 months then the problems began:
June 2022- 1st was the creaking and groaning, then the mechanism failed which destroyed the motor.
3 tech visits to fix issue ,,,, Chair not used for 4 weeks.
August 2022…Creaking and groaning of chair again, the mechanism failed again and motor was destroyed.
3 tech visits to fix issues and chair again not used for 4 weeks.
October 2022….Chair would only raise up, controller did not stop the rise and chair was in fully upright position on the foot rest. 2 Tech visits chair did not work for 5 weeks/
Dec 2022 I asked for the chair to be replaced. It was obvious this is a lemon chair! It now will not raise up and motor is not activated. 3 tech visits chair again out of commission
for 5 weeks.
February 2023 Chair now Drops from reclining position, mechanism defective..could not get tech to house, finally went to store where purchased with video of the chair dropping my husband to sitting position. Again requested a new chair or refund. 4 tech visits..replaced mechanism and said all is good chair mechanism would be under warranty for 5 years..
April 2023 Chair controller would not work correctly. Tech dropped off old replacement controller that would not work, messaged and called tech with the issues. Tech finally brought out a controller…the wrong one and it would not work. Chair out of commission for 6 weeks now, Tech states warranty is not out and Catnapper will not cover controller.
As of today I have a 1500.00 chair that has not worked properly since I purchased. This is a complete Lemon Catnapper Chair. I am out the money, my husband is in dire need of a lift chair. I do not have the money to get another chair.
DO NOT BUY a CATT NAPPER CHAIR

Potential safety hazard of electrical…

Potential safety hazard of electrical furniture. Future buyer beware & please research thoroughly any & all reputable review sites before you buy. Your life & life savings matter so please make sure your research includes safety of the product, design and workmanship of the product and customer service to warranty. Do they stand behind the workmanship, quality & warranties as stated? Read them all. We will never buy their product again nor shop this retailer. We have been ignored & became irrelevant after purchase with no safety concern for me, my family or the hard earned money we spent that contributed to their wealth. We were left homeless in July ‘21 until April ‘22 until our new home was finally ready for move in. Sadly it was a total loss.This has been ongoing issue since ‘21 until current. This company should be ashamed of how they are abandoning the very consumers who brought them success.
