Great company, easy to use website and ended up finding an excellent sitter for our cat. Will be using again and recommending.

Cat in a Flat is a really excellent service. Through it, we have found a fantastic sitter, who takes all of the stress out of our trips away. Great app, uncomplicated and well laid out. So glad we found it, and we will continue to use it regularly. Can't recommend it highly enough.

We found a local lady who looked after our cat so well, while we were away.
She kept in touch every day with a video and was able to check anything with us. She spent some quality time with her which was important for us as the cat does like some company.
She also watered my house plants.

Christina cat sitter would not only feed my house cat!but also spent time fussing her 🥰and put her at ease

My experience with the sitter was very good for both of us as she lived very close to my home but I found your website difficult to use as I wasn't always sure that I had actually sent messages.

I've used two sitters booked through CIAF and both have been superb.

I was able to find someone who lives locally to come daily and feed my cat. The site is easy to navigate and forwarded messages speedily enabling me to find the perfect person. The site also manages all payments.

The site was easy to use and my experience with the local cat sitter was excellent, however we both thought the "peak prices" by Cat in a Flat were excessive and adjusted the price between us. Otherwise I was pleased with the service.

Cat In A Flat was recommended to me by half a dozen people when I was considering my options for cat care while I was on holiday. I'll be recommending them too in future as my experience was perfect!
The site/model works well, it was easy to add my details and easy to find and connect with local, approved cat sitters.
I felt very "safe" and was happy to leave my keys and my cats with the cat sitter.
She did everything I asked to the letter, and took some great photos of my cats each day to send me a reassurance update. She was absolutely lovely and I'll definitely come back next time I have a need.

Hooligan sphynx Easy to book a sitter .we had robin look after our 3 sphynx .And he did a good job taking,care of these hooligans they are typical of the breed and he survived Frankie obsession with new people cats happy and bungalow left tidy we are going away again later this year so will use again

It was good to have the introductory visit so that my cat met her carer in advance and I was able to explain her needs and personality to him in advance. It was also good to be able to choose a male carer because she has a marked preference for men and to get someone who clearly loved cats. She was very pleased to see him when he came back with the key and rolled over which is a sign of trust. During my time away I got updates and even pictures. I would not hesitate to use cat in a flat again

Had never been able to go away but went on Cat in a flat and found a lovely cat sitter who my cats adore. Such a fab idea would advise anyone to use cat in a flat.

The platform itself was really easy to use. Wide choice of sitters available on the site. Great documents available to help prep things once the cat sitter had been chosen and booked. All in all good experience, I will definitely use the site again in future.

The simplicity of finding a sitter in my area. Once I had chosen the sitter it was lovely to meet them, get to know them a little. Every day we had photos and updates on our fur babies. Will certainly choose them again.

We’ve been using Cat in a Flat for several years now and our cat sitter Emma (Wolverhampton) is absolutely wonderful. She treats our cats as if they were her own, feeds them, cleans out the litters, plays with them and lots of other things besides - putting out bins, watering plants, feeding fish, picking up post etc - nothing is too much trouble she’s an absolute star.
Initially we did use one of their other sitters but didn’t feel that she was providing a full service (on a couple of occasions she was only in the house 7 minutes) so we swapped to Emma and couldn’t be more delighted.
So we would definitely recommend Cat in a Flat just make sure that you meet with and vet the sitter thoroughly.

The cat sitter was completely reliable and put my mind at ease whereas beforehand I was a bit wary of letting someone into my house to look after my cats. I was able to go on holiday for years whereas I didn't feel that I was able to previously because there was no alternative because my cats would have hated being put in a cattery.
