Absolutely horrible experience. I placed a order 18 days ago and was told my item would ship within 1-2 days. I’ve contacted them 4 times and every time been told they will send it out immediately with express shipping and my order still has not shipped. They also already took my payment before fulfilling my order- normally payments show as “pending” in my account until the order ships. Nope, they took the payment the day I placed the order but haven’t shipped my order 18 days later. I ordered this as a gift and not it won’t be here in time. What a horribly run company.

Unable to get to this company by email, postal mail or telephone (put on hold and finally disconnected several days in a row) - Do not do business with this firm anymore -
Weeks later: Company replied, all is well, things happen.

Oh wow, I just went looking for reviews of this company because I am having the same problem. I ordered in mid-March, got a confirmation of the order, and never heard another word. I can't get through on the phone, they don't answer emails. What is going on?

I am having the same situation with my order as most of the comments below. Never received tracking, constant emails 1 or 2 a day, but they can’t send tracking or an update on order. I have tried to call and email and no response! Does anyone who has received their items provide an email address I may not be using to get status of my order. I feel like I have lost my money on a special gift. This is disappointing from this company especially for what they sell and stand for!

If I could give NO stars I would. Ordered a rosary, they immediately charged my credit card but then silence. No response to my emails and can not get through by phone. I not only do not recommend them but I am thinking of contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Great and caring resource...have never been disappointed. Thank you for all you do.

The Catholic Company’s horrendous customer service capabilities mean the company should probably be renamed The Devil’s Company. Here’s why below, but I think they have stolen our money and closed up shop because not one phone number works with their company or their parent company Trinity Road LLC. These people should go right to hell for calling themselves Catholic. They do not behave in such a God-like manner. Stay far away from The Catholic Company, as they are currently operating as thieves.
• We ordered several personalized gifts to be gift wrapped and shipped to a lifelong friend who had recently, as an adult, turned to Catholicism and was baptized and confirmed on Easter
• When contacted about the delay, the company said they would not be able to gift wrap the gifts any longer, which was strange, but we would make do since they would reimburse us the gift-wrapping charge.
• Several weeks later now, the items still have not been delivered and there is no tracking number.
• All Catholic Company and Trinity Road phone numbers have busy signals, which is concerning.
• All emails to their customer service have gone unanswered.
Let’s see if this company stands by its name and does the Catholic-correct thing by contacting me about this major issue.

I about 2 weeks ago I ordered 4 “Pieta Prayer Books” that cost $2.99 each plus shipping and handling which came to a little over $20.00. I received my package on April 06, 2021. On opening the package, I found that The Catholic Company had shipped only one (1) book. I tried calling them the next day and could never get though to a human. I finally emailed and ask for them to reimburse my credit card for three (3) of the books plus any shipping and handling charges. They replied saying they would do so as soon as possible. After a day or so I again emailed them for reimbursement. There has been no response or acknowledgment of 2nd request. Unable to reach them via phone. I feel that have have been duped by this company and will not receive any reimbursement. I have written this as a warning to other customers. I feel that I have been robbed.

To Update: got an email from The Catholic Company with an apology and expedited shipment of the remaining 3 (three) Pieta Prayer Booklets which I did receive. I thank them. But will not buy from them again. This should not have happened in the first place. I wish their company well.... I have deleted emails for purchases from them. My review remains the same. No one answered my calls except for a robotic message.. then wait then send a message... No thanks. This should not happen to anyone is why I posted this review.....

The Catholic Company has a wonderful selection of Catholic items. I loved how the site was so user friendly.

Ordered a beautiful plaque of Mary for my boyfriend and he loves it!

I placed an order for a standing crucifix on Mar 10 and it's still awaiting fulfillment. I've sent 2 emails to their customer service asking for an update and I've received no updates with my order.

The rosary box was very nice quality and larger than it looked - just right. Perfect gift

I was happy with my purchases. I do wish they had wrapped the books up better. Especially the personalized Bible I purchased. The box was sitting in the rain and the cover was damp. Luckily it did not stain, as this is a gift. But one of the other books did get a little damaged. Books should always be wrapped with waterproof material. Especially a very expensive personalized Bible that is for gifting. The only product I was not thrilled with was the St. Rosalia rosary. It was very overpriced for what it is. I was expecting a better quality item. As I had it personalized, I know I can't return it. I just feel like it should have been half the price.

I finally received the item I've have been waiting for but to my dismay, the madonna and child figurine was an old stock and appeared to be a display unit. It had dust buildup on crevices. The wooden base was also detached from the figurine. I sent an email with photos of the damaged item to the catholic company and again, no response. Im sorry to say, this company has poor customer service.

Tracking number they sent was invalid and item never arrived. Four emails and one Facebook message trying to get the status and nobody responded. Pretty sure I was scammed. Looks like the only way to get their attention is to post negative reviews and file a fraud charge.

i never got the rosary that i bought and the customer service isn’t responding.

Item was as agreed and shipped in a timely manner.
