I have ordered a cat tree. A few days later i got a cancellation of the order without explanation. I have asked twice by mail but received no response.

The metal of the screws is too soft. They easy over drill and with that don‘t get easy in
Already have two and added a third one. Best design and product for a litterbox.

Great quality, happy with the result
Great quality, pretty easy to put together, however some of the screws were a little big for the holes and I needed to make the holes a bit bigger. Directions were printed very tiny and it was hard to tell a couple of the parts apart. Otherwise, the wood was outstanding and nothing was chipped or damaged during shipping. I’m glad it was raw so I can stain it whatever color I want. I’m really happy with it!

Love this unique cat tree and it's also so much more decorative than the standard carpet covered ones. catandwood are a great company that takes care of their customers. Part of my order didn't arrive with the tree but catandwood made it all good by sending the missing parts, even after refunding a portion to cover the inconvenience. I would definitely buy from again and recommend if you're looking for something a little different. My cat is happy too!

Love it. My cat likes to scratch wood so I'm hoping this will be alluring. They had the cat tree shipped practically instantly, the shipping company delivered it quickly, and we were assembling it within the week due to my own procrastination. The building instructions were clear and it was fast to assemble, especially if you have a drill.
