Shipping issues
I made an order on the 21st of march and the label got credited on the 23rd. I’ve not heard anything since then. I’ve messaged them directly and no response. I’ve messaged landmark who are meant to be delivering partners no response and I’ve tried to contact amazon which are meant to be another partner and you just get sent back to the same page. Bit annoyed but hoping a refund is on it way

This is true. Due to technical problems, the carrier could not create a return label. We expect these technical problems to be solved by BPost tomorrow. Due to the rush, I have now emailed a return label via a different method. The shipping costs will be refunded because of the inconvenience.
