Very easy to open an account and the transfer in of my previous ISA was handled quickly and seamlessly. Good rate on offer too.

The account was easy to open and the ISA transfer was completed promptly and without any problems. Rate of interest was very competitive

I initially had problems transferring £20k into the account for the '25 to '26 tax year, I tried again with £1 which worked successfully, however when I then tried to transfer the remainder it was delayed and was then transferred into the '26 to '27 tax year. Your customer services told me there was nothing they could do even though HMRC provides mechanisms to "repair" ISAs. I will now have to pay tax on the interest from a lump sum payment which will have to go into an ordinary savings account.

The whole on-line process from application to initial funding and transfer of an existing ISA went through smoothly and quickly. I rang Castle Trust with a query regarding the interest rate on my ISA. I quickly got through to a helpful member of staff who answered my query clearly and professionally

Its a simple 1 year fixed isa. Whats to muck up?. I wont look at it again till the end date.The set up was easy and the transfer problem free, so all good on that end.yeah five stars, keep it up 🫡

Very easy to speak to someone ( not a bot). Problem with setting up account because I did not receive a PIN number in the post was sorted but it fid take a few phone calls
