Found CTS to be a learner focused training center for pre hospital emergency care, catering to individual learner needs.

The level of resources available on the course were fantastic!

Center was well located for access and free parking within a couple of minutes.

Great course experience covering a range of topics relating to mental health conditions, identfying symptoms, how to approach sensitive conversations and how to apply it in the work place among many other topics.

The course flowed well and there were interactive elements included such as watching and discussing video content detailing people's experiences which was very interesting.

The assessment sections were well structured and plenty of advice was given beforehand to make the experience enjoyable.

Overall, a very useful course. Thank you.

Incredible instructor and a nice training room for FREC 3. Very friendly and teaches the course to ensure you leave as a good medic, not just to pass the test. The course was taught in a way that allows the information to stick, so I can go and have confidence in my ability to perform as a medic.

I took FREC3 with CTS. Shaun delivered a professional, informative and well paced FREC3 course. Leaving me informed and confident in my new found knowledge. I would highly recommend not only the FREC3 course but CTS as a whole for all your training requirements.

Shaun is an excellent instructor, pitches the trining at the right level and is extremely knowledgeable in his field.

Just completed my FREC3 course with CTS, and I honestly can’t recommend Shaun and Jen enough. Both are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

The training was engaging, and packed with real-world scenarios from there years of experience. Shaun has a brilliant way of explaining complex topics so they actually make sense with a northern attitude.

They go above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves confident and capable, not just ticking boxes.
