NOT RECOMMENDED
Was prepared to spend $800+ on Different cuts of meat from castleestate on a Fortnightly Basis until i got stuffed around By two Employees from castleestate about my Inquiries.
It seems like they are not interested in providing good customer service to their customers and are too lazy to respond back to your emails.
Anyway this will be my first and last time trying to order from them . NEVER AGAIN

Disappointed by the service
Disappointed by the service. Swapped 2 of our items out, without notice. They were NOT like for like swaps. One was Scotch Filet Steak (Should have been Porterhouse) and the other was Streaky Bacon (Should have been shortcut). Both items were ordered for a specific purpose and although a similar item was provided, it was not suitable.
Was also promised a call back to discuss - never happened. Wont be ordering from these guys again.
