I was not in a hurry for products and needed to change one. I found staff very helpful and delivery staff were on time and helpful in leaving products upstairs where necessary.

Easy to order quick delivery item as described

We ordered furniture for over €5500. The in-shop experience was really great, we were well looked after by Trisha. However, when the furniture had been delivered we couldn't believe it:
Big dining table with scratches on top and the legs. The chairs were ok.
The sideboard for the sitting room had door knobs that were covered in patina and weren't shiny silver but matt due to getting wet at some point. The timber is so rough when dusting you will find splinters in the cloth. Same with the book case. The coffee table was ok. The bed-sofa could not be opened since the delivery guys did not remove cable ties underneath for transport and didn't tell us. Several pulled threads on the sofas. The side board for the hallway was the worst: yellowish filler on the top left, left hinges brass, right hinges white. The white doors sprayed so poorly you could see where the paint was too runny. A cut in the drawer and more. I contacted the shop, response was fast and good. The sideboard was replaced within a week as were the door knobs of the second side board. Now, 10 days later, the wood of the door split at a hinge over night leaving the door sitting wrong. We will not call them again since it seems that another swap wouldn't help either. The quality of the sideboards and the bookcase is poor. Different to what we saw in store.

Brilliant service ordered my clock on Sunday and had it a few days later.

Shocking customer service. They hit a frame off my wall when delivering our matress which smashed to pieces, glass went everywhere. They left residue marks on each step of my stairs and hall carpet. Packaging was covered with a yellow residue.They scratched the walls also. They never offered to help pick up one piece of the glass. I contacted the Sligo store numerous times and they said they would call back. I then contacted the castlebar office & I was told they would contact their manager.
Again no call back or replacement given. Very negative customer experience
