Very excellent customer service and fast money transfer

The registration was quick and easy and when I had a small misunderstansingbwith my recipient about where to collect, my call was answered quickly and efficiently. They also called my recipient in the receiving country to make sure she understood where to go and then I also had a call back to reassure me the money has been collected. A stellar service in my opinion. Especially considering I'm still waiting for a response to a password reminder email I sent World Remit in early July!!

It was my first time but my experience with you was very bad cause I ended up doing some follow ups through the phone. The money wasn't processed in time ended up spending more money calling cassava remit.

It's a bad money transferring takes a lot time for the receiver to get the money

It took more than expected for the recipient to receive money which I deem unacceptable for an instant money transfer. I had to do follow up phone calls to find out why transaction is still remaining on pending.
