Absolute scam!

Absolute scam!
I received my aligners ok but the treatment didn't deliver the results promised. I contacted them 4 months ago to highlight this and discuss next steps. I then was made to pay an extra £250 for more aligners. Eventually I received a new impresssions kit and I booked an appointment in order to ensure they were correct. 6 weeks later I was told they were not good enough to be used. More delays, then I was sent another impressions kit and have since been trying to book an appointment to do the impressions with one of the team - twice I have had an appointment - and twice no one has shown up. Now I am nearly 5 months on, no further forward and even more out of pocket. I want to be refunded so I can use a more reputable service. I also agree with the comment below that they only have a high review score because they force you to do a review while you are on your impressions call - making out that they are finalising the process while you do the review. Terrible product and service and a massive waste of time and effort - do not use.

Great chat support!

I received my step one aligners promptly after the impressions were confirmed. They fit well and have helped start the process. Since I had permanent retainers, I had to get them removed separately and take a second set of impressions for adjusting the remaining impressions. There was a delay in sending out the new impression kit. However, the chat support helped resolve it quickly and get the shipping of the impression kit done immediately. Very happy with the quick response time!

Good staff so far!

I am only a short way into the Caspersmile journey - so far the staff have been very helpful. The initial session with Jim was very good and helped me get the correct imprints. I would recommend getting the 30 min video session.

Not worth the hassle

We paid upfront and then chose (stupidly) to try the moulds ourselves at home, as we don’t live near the right dentist for a fitting. After 3 attempts (£30) we finally gave up and drove to London for a fitting (£60), and once competed we needed to get an App (the links didn’t work) and when we finally got into the App we needed to take photos of the teeth…impossible to do and no explanation of why.
At every stage we call and emailed but ALWAYS had to wait for a response.
This has now take about 5 months and we are no further forward.

I’ve asked for my money back and will try a more certain, professional and expensive alternative.
