Super easy purchase and the quality of the Urn was great! Arrived in 2 days.

Casket arrived on time as the funeral home only had a narrow window to take delivery. It was well packaged and exactly as shown on their website. Also ordered two urns and had only one in stock, and they shipped the other immediately from another warehouse. Exceptional service and communication provided every step of the transaction from order placement to delivery.

The memento urn I purchased was exactly what I wanted to hold my father’s ashes. The day I ordered the urn, William contacted me to let me know that the coating finish had changed and whether I wanted a refund. I really appreciated the company’s professionalism.

I had some questions on a weekend, they responded very quickly, with extra photos & information of the casks I was looking at. I ordered and they were delivered in a couple of days (to Ontario) and the metal casks themselves are great. Very good quality, the tops have threads to tight tolerance and they seal very securely. Little touches like the insides and bottoms are painted black, the outside is exactly per pictures. Don't take this the wrong way, I hope not to need to use your company again (!).....but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
