I won on kan 17 and transferre the money through gcash but it did not reflect on my gcash account. I contacted customer service and all i get is basic answers from SCAM ARTIST that it is being taken cared of and forwarded to the RELEVANT TEAM. I asked for a case ID/ticket number but they cannot give me one. They cannot even tell what teh major task of this relevant team is. It is definitely a balatant lie just to get rid of me. This is the fourth day and still i cannot see my wininngs on my gcash account. DO NOT PLAY WITH CASINOPLUS BECAUSE TEHY WILL JUST SCAM YOU!!! There are other options out there.
