The worst and why this place scores so low is the withdrawal times. I am not sure why they are so slow and even when you verify with them you are still waiting 3 days + for a withdrawal. In this day and age that's not good enough when most casinos online are instant.

Withdrawal process is taking forever
Withdrawal process is taking forever, I have won over £1000 the second I took my withdrawal out I was requested to provide ID, it's now been a week and only yesterday I was informed I would receive my money, I'm not sure I will receive my money, I have informed the gambling commission who these guys are actually signed up to and should abide by there rules, they agreed it is very strange how long the process is taking, fingers crossed my funds actually do return to me next week, in future I will use other reputable casinos who pay out in the same hours

Obviously when you have a bad streak, people give the casino bad reviews, but in terms of overall operation, when you win and want to withdraw your winnings, they are deposited within 24 hours. My 4 star rating is therefore only not a 5 star, because in this day and age, there is no reason why winnings cant be transferred almost instantly.

Not the best site, I have lost over 850 pounds the games are fun however constantly losing at the rate I am with not even a decent win back gets quite disappointing after a while they say its random however if its random I would have randomly won too , but havent even had half of what iv lost back , currently the games I play dont even trigger the free spins nor bonuse features, especially when they get to the hight amounts of 10x
On the banner before selecting a game to play you will see other players winning saying 1750 ect there is no way on this planet this site lets you win that amount, I find it hard to even win 20 pounds after losing 550 pounds

Far to slow at withdrawals
Used my fair share of casinos and bookmakers and none have made it more difficult to take your money out (in my instance a loss).
Casino offers very limited games anyways but the very slow verification process is a chore. Takes days to hear back from anyone, and even when you do they do not provide any information. They’ll claim it’s part of the regulatory duties but no other casino I’ve ever used has been this slow.
If you sign up for quick withdrawals, as per all over reviews, please please please stay away and do not give this one your money.
Edit based on their feedback. Reviews are standard but dragging them out to over 6 days for standard ID checks is a joke, and far below the industry standard.
Further update as of 29/04. Casino of dreams attempted to get this taken down via TrustPilot. TP reviewed and agreed with me, the review doesn’t contain any defamatory content. Just a heads up for those willing to sign up, they will try and silence you if you speak against them as proven here :)

I put in £100 on and played at 50p spins and lost it all. I did get a couple of bonuses but nothing that makes back 1th of a fraction of what I put in.. I got 50 free spins when I joined, that is bonus only money and it was only £3 winnings, lost that as well 😆. Every 200 spins you get a bonus on average.. as of last year they made 5.16 billion.... I think that might give you an insite to how much money they have taken from people.... I wish I read up on this company before i put money in.
