The site workes okay overall

The site workes okay overall, but I ran into a few frustrating moments. For example, the game froze once, and I had to refresh to continue, my balance was fine, but it was annoying. Casinolab has a decent selection of games, yet stability is an issue that could be improved. I wouldn`t call it bad, but it`s not perfect either, so I`m giving it 3 stars.

The money that they have to pay out is to long

I have been waiting for a payout for over 30 hours. At most casinos, the money is in your account after just 1 hour. So if you want to wait a long time for your winnings, you should definitely play at this casino.

My withdrawal was cancelled and they said in was my bank that cancelled the deposit in to my account. I contacted my bank and its all good on their end so the issue is with the casino. Waiting on a $1600 pay out not happy with this site's at all.

Do not trust this site

Do not trust this site, it does not payout even the smallest amount, the will stall you repeatedly, they will make excuses that its the payment provider that you deposit with. You will call your bank to find out its not them, the continue to tell you the same thing over and over again, you will wait ridiculous amounts of time with multiple attempts to withdraw for them to give you the same excuses. You try to email your concerns to support to only be told the same thing by the same people from the help tab. This game us worthless unless you plan on just throwing your money away I wouldnt bother at all. Save your money they will also tell you to contact support through email and thats a complete waste of time

Honestly, I was surpriced

I won on February 6th but not pay

UPDATE: Today (March 17th) I finally received the €2800. In installments of €500-€300. It took more than 1 month to receive the full amount but I finally did it.

I won on February 6th, 2800€, I requested 500€ each on the 6th and 7th, the 500€ I requested on the 6th came in 3 working days on the 11th.
However, the 500€ I requested on the 7th has not arrived since then, today is the 27th, they have not approved my withdrawal in 15 working days... I write to support every day, but they only write the template text to tell me to wait 😡😡

Easy to lose track of time

I`ll long in "just for a few spins" and suddenly an hour is gone. The mix of slots, instant games, and live shows makes it hard to stop. Fun place, small hiccups

I`ve been using the site on and off for a while now. It`s fun, and that litlle Bonus Crab game always makes me smile, even though the prizes are usually small. My first payout took a bit longer than I hoped - maybe because it was the weekend - but it did arrive. I jump between slots and sports bets when I`m bored, and most of the time everything works fine. Low-key slots fan

Please listed to reviews don't put money on just a waste they never going to pay you but will keep letting you deposit.
I have asked now serval times for my account to be closed and refrain from sending messages.
Still my account is open and messages sent daily.
They have safer gambling on there site bit how can this mean anything when they refuse to close my account.
