Complaint Regarding Unfair Balance Deduction and Account Block – Casinok.com

Complaint Details:
I am submitting this complaint against Casinok.com due to unfair treatment, unjustified balance deduction, and account restrictions.

After registering my account on October 26, 2025, I mainly placed bets on basketball and tennis. At first, most of my bets were unsuccessful, but within two to three days, my balance increased to around $2,900.

I requested a withdrawal, which was declined. Shortly after, I received a message stating that I needed to complete account verification before any withdrawals could be processed. I immediately completed the verification process by uploading my passport and performing a facial scan through the provided link. I was informed that my verification was successful.

Afterward, I submitted another withdrawal request. However, within about 30 minutes, it was again rejected. At that moment, I discovered that my account balance had dropped from $2,900 to $240. Soon after, I received an email stating that the funds had been deducted because I allegedly violated points 4, 6, and 9 of their Terms and Conditions.

In total, I had made $1,750 in deposits, meaning that Casinok.com took not only my winnings but almost all of my deposited funds as well.

Furthermore, I only received a message about the account block after attempting to withdraw funds — not during any of my deposits. This makes it appear that the casino intentionally waits for users to lose money or blocks their accounts when they start winning.

All of this indicates unfair and unethical practices by Casinok.com. I have not violated any of their rules, and no clear explanation or evidence of such violations has been provided.

Requested Resolution:
I request a full refund of the unjustly deducted funds (approximately $2,660) or, at minimum, the return of all legitimate deposits and winnings. I also ask Trustpilot to investigate Casinok.com for unjustified balance confiscation and misleading player conduct.

They definitely don't allow you to withdraw money so you lose your money. They even ask for ridiculous documents and ask you to do a video kyc with a newspaper in your street and then they close your account. Do not play on these scam sites. STAY AWAY

SCAM

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Casinok, licensed under your jurisdiction, regarding the suspension of my account and refusal to process my withdrawal of $420.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with the casino’s customer support, I have only received vague responses citing a violation of “Section Nine” of their Terms and Conditions without any specific details or evidence provided. Furthermore, my withdrawal request remains unpaid, and my account has been blocked without sufficient explanation.

Trustworthy Casino

I must say even if you might think ryker casinos like this are scamming or something - they always paid my winnings from sportbets in the end. The verification process is annoying and the additional videoverification in case of high winnings as well, but they definitely pay winning player's. If you do verification properly it goes through with the first attempt, they not really stretching the process.
The will limit you ofc.
Be aware that they will limit you also in other casinos from the ryker Plattform in advance - before you even started betting because they recognize your email or whatever.
But I don't find anything bad here.

I think most of the reviews here are paid or self reviewed.
