While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Winning don't Win

I won a prize, but a deposit was required for verification, along with a fee for withdrawal. However, the user agreement does not specify the amount for either. When I attempted to cash out $1,500, I was told I needed to deposit $50. I was assured the withdrawal process would take 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes passed with no funds received, I followed up, only to be informed that there was an additional 10% fee. Despite complying with their requests, explaining i can't pay $150 fee my withdrawal is still pending, and when I ask for a refund or to adjust the withdrawal amount, I only receive repetitive, unhelpful responses to deposit 10%
