I contacted support about a recurring technical problem and received standard troubleshooting suggestions. I tried refreshing, clearing the browser cache and changing browsers, but the same issue happened again. When a problem keeps returning, I would rather see it investigated specifically instead of receiving the same instructions. It was different for me before.
