I strongly recommend that people stay away from Cashout777.com.
I won a significant amount of money on the platform and initially received some of my payouts, which gave me confidence that the winnings would eventually be paid. However, they then stopped processing my withdrawals. I have now been waiting approximately two months for the remainder of my winnings.
The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. I repeatedly receive the same generic responses and excuses about my withdrawals being under review or being processed. There has been no meaningful explanation, no clear timeline, and no resolution.
What is especially concerning is that they accepted my play and initially processed payouts, but once I had additional winnings to withdraw, the process effectively stopped. I am still owed a significant amount of money.
