Very hassle free. Jimmy and Sinead were both great to deal with. Once the car was looked over and after a quick test drive the money was in my account in minutes and the car taken away. Does depend on what bank you’re with. If you’re looking to shift a car and having no luck then definitely check these guys out.

Very fast and efficient service - would definitely have no hesitation in recommending them! Sinead and Jimmy were both an absolute pleasure to deal with. The process is very easy to follow and I found them to be very transparent about all aspects the whole way through. For me personally it removed the uncertainty of selling my car privately.

My personal experience was good in the beginning, until 2 days after they bought the car. They used the m50 and didnt pay the toll (obviously the car was still on my name ). I got a bill a week later, emailed back and forth with cash offer now , Sinead assured me the fine was paid. A week later from 3.50€ the bill went to 58€, emailed them again and Sinead was trying to assure me that the toll was paid and that is just a misunderstanding. When I asked for proof of payment, I wasn't shown one. Not to mention, the car was bought on the 6th of March, but the ownership was only changed from the 12th, leaving me liable for the toll. Thank you Sinead for the unnecessary lies and lack of professionalism. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I got a surprisingly high offer. At leat 1000 higher than the nearest offers I got. It was quick and so easy. Gave offer Thursday - came to inspect and remove next morning and transfered the money before car left. Easiest selling of a car I ever sold. Staff exceptional - absolutely lovely

Just received text message from them. When I stated that I don't want them. Fishy behaviour for me. Read comments here. The good ones not sound realistic in my mind. There are few logical traps exposing them. The bad ones seems to proofing that there is first most hated in advertising sector official Time wasters service. I'm sceptical. Great service sold car quick and easy

Really simple and easy experience. Got more for my car than a trade in and no hassle of people tyre kicking. An exceptional callout to the collection/inspector Jimmy who was such a pleasure to deal with and chat to. Good staff are a great sign of a good company. I would highly recommend this service.

Sorry I didn't go through Cash Offer Now sooner! I was adamant that I would sell privately but when it wasn't working out I went to Cash Offer Now after receiving a message from them.

Sinead was easy to communicate with and Jimmy, who collects the car from your house, was very responsive. Super easy way to sell your car, especially if you are looking for a quick sell like I was in the end.

There was some money deducted from offer when car was collected, but not a massive amount. There was also a small wait for the car to be lifted but again not a big issue.

Got a text asking was I interested in getting an offer for my car which I had for sale on line. Checked Trustpilot and all looked good so clicked in and went through a simple process to get the quote. The quote was under the value I was looking for online but was willing to accept to move the car along quickly.
They send someone out to inspect the car and if you’ve been honest about the cars condition they will be happy to transfer funds straight away. Took just over an hour for funds to arrive in my account and then they took the car. Couldn’t fault the process and speed of the sale. Would use again.

To me at first it seemed like it may be a scam, I received a random text message from them asking to list my car on their site, which can be a bit daunting with all the options but it's not crucial to fill in all the things like airbags and security features. You can skip them if you'd like.

Once I received my final offer and accepted it, I was told I would need to pay 140 before it could proceed, which I was sure was a scam, but I paid it regardless and I was rang by a lovely gentleman by the name of Jimmy who arranged a time to come pick up the car whenever I wanted.
He showed up the next morning and was very lovely and friendly, and gave the car a once over and took it for a small test drive. He made sure that I was paid and money was in my account before loading the car onto his lorry and taking it away.
I'm giving 4 stars as the service and time it was was brilliant, but it was hard to be certain if I was being scammed or not. For the same reason I'm writing this review.

I really cannot rate Sinead and Jimmy highly enough. This is my second time using the service and both have been such a positive experiences. I had to sell my car and within 2 days Sinead had a fair offer in and Jimmy came down to Galway to collect it. This is completely out of their way but it was no trouble, they will come to you. Jimmy was so polite and professional conducting the car checks and explained everything to me so that I understood the inspection. Jimmy waited until payment was transferred to me which took 5 minutes and that was it. It was so stress free and easy I didn’t even have to leave my front door to sell my car. I would highly recommend the service, there is no hassle/haggling it’s extremely straight forward and transparent. This saves so much time and effort when trying to sell a car and if you have any questions Sinead will take a phone call and in my case Jimmy talked me through everything too as I wouldn’t be knowledgeable on cars. Thank you so much.

After receiving a completely unsolicited text from this company after I uploaded my ad to DoneDeal, I uploaded my 2011 Ford Focus to this website last week (against my better judgement), and removed it after 3 abysmal offers (max was approx 30% of the asking price).

Would not recommend, especially when I see "Sinead" the customer service person threatening legal action against anyone who's left a negative review in the past.

I didn't get far enough into the process of the sale to tell about their entire "service" so it may be useful to anyone who's desperate enough to accept. But my experience has been entirely negative.

Edit:
Following my response from "Sinead", I must confirm that it was not just the poor offers and blunt responses from bidders that prompted my poor review.. Initial unsolicited contact (I had placed a sale advert on another website) brings an uneasy feeling, and reading threatening responses to other poor reviews on TrustPilot creates an image of a business with which I want no interaction.

I do not recommend this business to anyone.

Quick easy service.
I had to bargain a bit with the price I wanted and was still a little lower than I’d hoped but the quick easy service made up for that.
Jimmy came to look at the car he was great very friendly and once he examined and approved the car I had the money in my AIB account within minutes (he made sure I had the money before he left with the car)
I was very skeptical in the beginning I thought it was a scam.
Would highly recommend this company if you’re looking to sell your car quickly.
