Cash It has been an extremely disappointing experience. After handing over my phone, they lost the charger and have provided absolutely no resolution—even after two weeks! What’s worse, they have completely ignored all my emails and messages. Their customer service is unresponsive and unreliable. I cannot recommend Cash It to anyone and strongly advise looking elsewhere for reputable service.

Very Disappointed – Unreliable and Misleading Service

I had a terrible experience with this company. Their website claims they provide a response within 2 hours — that’s absolutely not true. I waited all day and finally got a call from a representative who said he could come around 9 PM. I agreed, but he never showed up and didn’t even bother to inform me.

I then contacted their customer care team, only to be told that they don’t accept laptops without a purchase bill — something that is not mentioned anywhere on their website. It felt like a complete waste of time, and the entire process was unprofessional and frustrating.

I won’t be dealing with them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking to sell their used electronics.

Absolutely west of time. They will quote you High price on web site and will call you in sometime only to reduce the price...

Company appointed an idiotic and nasty agent to arrange pickup of my iPad. I had specified a clear pickup time for the following day, but the agent first messaged me on the same day mentioning he’s at my location (when i clearly wasn't available). Told him pickup was for the following day, messaged him next morning asking him when he is coming, and he started asking my address (when he was supposedly at my location the previous day?!) I was a bit suspicious and told him the address is on the form, he initially mentioned a wrong area (potentially accidentally), then proceeded to check the system when i told him I don’t live in the area he mentioned. He found the address and said it is incomplete, to which I replied there are enough details on it to find my location regardless. To this, he got upset and called me and started arguing why I didn’t share my address and whether I was suspicious of his intentions etc etc. Didn’t even give me a chance to speak and when I asked him to let me speak, he rudely asked me to go on and explain myself for an hour or so. Disgustingly and unnecessarily rude behaviour and attitude for absolutely no reason. I had no interest in selling my device to these fools and told him to not bother coming or calling me. He happily obliged seeming to hold some high ground out of this saga and feeling victorious, but if these clowns think this is the right way to do business/ build trust, good luck to them.

Scammers.. they are fraud

No one came to pick up. Even after multiple calls. They got all the details, photos, videos of the device on whatsapp but never showed up. Looks like a scam.

Worst ever experience selling my old device
, especially in my area, Delhi-NCR, they have almost no presence, so they have partnered with local repair shop owners or resellers, who will come to your location to pick up the device.
they are not at all professional or trained
they come to your place and simply offer you less than half the Quoted price for no good reason
most of the positive reviews you see here are fake,
me and my friend's experience with cashit was very bad.
I will suggest you not waste your time and look elsewhere to sell your old device

they took my laptop at very low price i did also requested for bike resales they were coting the price at very low While signing the resale value was 15K but executive said the price for 11K I didnt find it sutiable not satisfied .
