Took 3 bags of quality clothes shoes and handbags and got less than £4 for the lot . Better off taking to charity shop for a good cause . Never again

The website showed they were open so I made the 45 minute trip

As all other complaints horrid waist of time smell check for for a little scratch or not even bother to check whole bags.The office tell him he got No money to spend,so ignores all your work,ignorant time wasters Avoid.

Went to clothed for cash in Basingstoke, near Home base. Submitted 5 work jackets, 15 tops (one still had £26 on tag)
Shoes (never worn) all these were in excellent condition. I was given £2.20 for the lot. Absolute rip off. I'd rather give any future good quality direct to charity.

Before christmas , my sister and I went in, she had one bin bag of clothes , the girl gave her £6, I had 5 bin bags of clothes, she handed me £6 too, I said that obviously that wasnt correct, Its not possible for one bag of clothes to weigh the same as 5 bags, she kept saying she didnt understand as her English wasnt good, I took my 5 bags back and went elsewhere.

Delivered clothes off yesterday at the Gateshead shop and got 15 pounds for clothes, Justina was very helpful and polite, will be taking more clothes in the coming weeks.

took 7 bags full of clothes all new to cash for clothes swindon staff was rude and just becouse some had 2 hairs on he wouldnt take it bloody stupid, and he wouldnt take any brand new socks still had tags on them wont be going back 41kg and got £16 and nearly all clothes was new.

Took 12 large bags of almost new clothes and got 11 back and £6.70 these almost new so not sure what they want don't waste your time

CASH FOR CLOTHES IN CREWE- shop is never open as it says it is online. No one ever picks up the phone.
I arranged a collection date and time were confirmed and no one turned up and when I called/txt to find out what was going on I received no response. Very rude and unprofessional.
