Everybody at CASH for ARMS was outstanding. The whole process was simple and straightforward. I will definitely use them again.

First, the explanation of what and how to do it was not overwhelming at all and even convient. Second, the communication was 100% perfect. I had a question, it was immediately answered. Not only that, but they walked me through it. 3rd, I actually got paid faster than I expected. I shipped it on a Wednesday and got immediately paid on Friday with very reasonable and convenient payment options. That's crazy good. Finding this service, filling in my information, sending pictures, get an offer, then getting an updated offer, then excepting that offer, and finally getting emailed a shipping label at their expense all happened on a Tuesday with excellent communication and I didn't even have to talk with someone. And I could have shipped earlier, but the stores closed. The point being is this: it was all easy, timely, convient, reliable, and reasonable. I am now seriously considering maybe selling them another one of my firearms. The price they offered (both the first and second) was extremely reasonable. I just can't be how easy and beneficial this was. Win, win.

Great company to deal with. I purchased a used 1911 from them knowing and seeing exterior ware. The photos were very clear in the adv. I was so pleased when I received the pistol. It was much nicer than anticipated. I also sold them a gun and they were very competitive in their offer. Will do business with them again.

Unbelievable in this day and age.Submitted an expensive pistol to Cash for Arms for an offer and received a very fair offer for the pistol considering they have to sell the firearm and make a profit. I am a former FFL holder and know how that works. Anyway absolutely amazing transaction. Offer accepted, shipping label sent, accommodated me with FedEx pickup service as I am crippled and homebound. CFA received my pistol on Wednesday and payment for pistol was deposited into my checking account at my bank on Thursday within 24 hours of receiving my pistol ! This company is FIVE STAR +. This kind of exchange can be intimidating. Cash for Arms put me at ease with their professionalism, confident directions, and timeliness. All of those things mattered. If for ONE SECOND I felt uneasy I would have went the traditional route and settled for an unfair price at the local range.
