Help with large number of profiles and accounts
Wayne was very helpful in intervening when a client tried to push through many profiles at one time. Because of the background assistance we did not have to keep inconveniencing the client. The information received was easy to understand timely and the assistance occurred at several times of the day including after hours.

I have been using CashDeck for 5 years
I have been using CashDeck for 5 years. As a mortgage broker it is a real bottleneck in the process when clients need to provide documents, especially bank statements. CashDeck has made it absolutely simple and the completion rate for clients providing documents would be ~95%. 12 months ago I changed aggregators and thought I only had another competitor as an option to use, so I signed up with them and it was a horrible experience. Completion rate from my clients was less than 20% and made so so much more work for me. This made us look very unprofessional. I came to realise that we did not need to use this competitor so I ran straight back to CashDeck. Big ticks for CashDeck is: it's branding flexibility, resources available for us to provide clients on how safe it is, the range of lenders available, the portal for you to check where clients are up to, the prompt support from Dale and the team if there are any issues. The competitor method would just be a link to send the client and if they provide the statements they provide the statements. Oh and CashDeck are very innovative by coming up with new ways for us to improve our service offering.
Responsive, helpful, positive
The team are really responsive, usually available within minutes to address any questions. They'll do everything in their power to fix any issues, but if it's something that must be done by the client, then clear instructions are issued about what's required. Would definitely recommend their service as all our experiences have been positive.

Excellent and responsive support from the team whether you reach out via the chat or via email. This is a business that actively looks to help their clients. In addition, the statement retrieval seems to work when others dont, it is robust and reliable.
Sorting through Expenses to get more accurate HEM data
I had to go through the clients expense account as the bank requested to show update living expenses. I asked for support from the team at Cashdeck and they immediately replied to support. We had a training session for at least an hour to go through and go through the data to send to the bank. It was really well done and when I had to do one more month, I did this very confidently and quickly for the bank. The loan is now approved and the customers are thrilled. Thank you to Dale for his support.
