Quick response once they received my gold. Gave me a valuation that I did not agree with, they asked me to send proof of the valuation I had given and they promptly matched it. The payment was in my bank the same day.

However the price shown for the 9 carat item on the day , was not was offered to me.
It was still better than your local pawnbrokers, but not what they advertise.

Felt offended and like they were robbing me but after short call and a very professional and genuine staff member (Kane) I can see me coming back weekly and I will only deal with Kane in future as he managed to remove the very sour taste in my mouth of first interaction with company so encourage and one with bad reviews to speak to them he was very welcoming and polite (I was slightly irate) and explained the actual issue with first offer, definitely recommend though
