I started with the contact form on the Monday about a stuck verification, then they asked me to reply by email instead, which felt like a faff. It wasn't. Same person picked it up there, wanted one recent utility bill, and closed it Wednesday.

Sunday roast on, kids out the back, and me trying to find last month's totals.

Bottom of the account menu.

Activity, then a date box.

Set it to 1 July through 31 July.

Every line there, deposits on the left, withdrawals on the right, running total at the foot, all in pounds.

Copied the figures into my own spreadsheet in about five minutes.

Been doing it that way each month since.

there is no phone line

there is no phone line, which i did miss once when i was in a rush on a platform. the chat has answered every casino question i put to it correctly, so i can live with that.
