Qui il latte munto, entro le 24h viene trasformato in mozzarella di bufala campana DOP, proposta in diverse pezzature, oltre che alla ricotta, al caciocavallo e alle scamorze sia bianche che affumicate, il tutto rigorosamente di bufala.
