The site is really great. Cases have quite good chances of winning and it's genuinely fun to open them because of the animations they have. I've only 1 complain - the giveaways are quite confusing. Yo... See more

The website makes everything very clear. I've won a few, but there are losses too! I recommend this site to everyone.

The new deposit system is not as good as the last one but not any more problems.

To be honest, i play sometimes only to enjoy a time trying to win some money, i have used the web for like 10 months.
This page helped me in that because it have free rewards for Counter strike-2 and when i play sometimes and win an skin it can cost money, when the time advance the skins can cost more than before, its like a market that changes, and if u win you can have more money than after, i hope this helps you :)!.

I recently had a terrible experience with Casehug that I can only describe as a scam. I wanted to participate in a specific giveaway (YT: Pinpin - Skeleton Knife | Tiger Tooth) using the promo code "VAL". At the time, the minimum deposit requirement was clearly stated as $100.00.
I deposited $126 USD (via Pay By Skins using my Driver Gloves | Racing Green). I made sure to enter and apply the promo code before the transaction, exactly as required. However, my entry was completely ignored by the system. My profile never showed up in the participant list for this giveaway, even though it works perfectly fine for other giveaways by the same creator.
When I contacted live support, "Jacob" gave me generic, unhelpful responses claiming the system is "automatic" and implying I just didn't win. But here is the massive red flag: Right after I confronted support about my missing entry, they secretly updated the giveaway page and changed the minimum deposit requirement from $100.00 to $495.17! I have screenshots proving both the original $100 requirement and the sudden change to $495.17 immediately after my complaint. Instead of fixing their system error or refunding me, they manipulated the giveaway rules mid-way to justify why my $126 deposit wasn't enough.
They gladly took my $126 skin, denied my giveaway entry due to a "system bug", and then changed the rules to cover their tracks. Do not trust this site with your money or your CS2 skins. Absolutely avoid Casehug!
I’m writing this in response. I have all the screenshots; I can send you the images.
